Beautiful garden. Donated by the Garden Club of America.nIt's hidden and quiet in Independence Park. Great spot if looking for some peace, isolation, a place to relax, or bird watch.

Usually it's lush and beautiful but today it seemed dead. No water in the fountain, no leaves on the magnolias. Don't know if that's normal in July. It made me sad.

In late spring and early summer, the park erupts in an explosion of magnolia and azalea blossoms. In nice weather, the lawn is a hotspot for young children to play as the park is safely fenced in. You may even catch a wedding party taking photos on a nice day!

Small quite garden tucked inside a calm street Opposite Rose garden.nnMagnolia's bloom only in season. Spring summer is best to visit this place.
