there's a lot of history here and even though it is not as expansive as a museum or art there is so much to read and learn.
A nice small park near Penn's Landing. Attractions are the Irish Memorial Sculpture and the Scottish Immigrants' Monument. There is an off-leash fenced area where the local dogs come to play. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping in the park.

My favorite park in the city, someone upkeeps it really well. It feels like someone's backyard and you forget you're in the city. I miss the hammock swing!
