Not great. COVID must have lost all the dipping sauces or whatever.
The single worst costumer service and delivery experience I’ve ever experienced. Not once, but multiple times. The most recent time, 11-3-2020 I had the displeasure of interacting with the most vile human being over the phone in my life. She not only hung up on me, she degraded me over the phone.
They hang up on you if you inquire why your order is taking 2+ hours. Incredibly rude staff. Used to love Dominos. Not any more.
Delivery took 2.5 hours. When it arrived, the pizza was dry and you could tell it had been sitting on a warmer for probably 2 hours. DONT order from here if you want prompt, quality service.
This location is horrible. My delivery took too long & I called to inquire on it & was told the food was out so I waited another 30 minutes to see if it would get delivered. Nothing never came so I called the store again & the female who picked up the phone was ignorant. I asked for my card to be refunded & she said I will call my driver to tell him not to deliver the food. It’s been a hour & 40 minutes & still nothing. I said Thank you & she replies mhm & hung right up. Don’t even waist your time.
