Shak’s Olde 2St Deli, Grocery & Pizzeria

Unfortunately I think they are closed for good. There's a sign offering the building for rent. They were good though! Thanks for a delicious pizza and sandwiches.

Food is very good. They lose stars for customer service. The girl working the counter is constantly on the business phone for personal stuff (I have heard her conversations), so I have to place my orders in person. She is extremely rude.nThe guys in the back are usually friendly and, like I said, the food is good.

Great food. Great atmosphere. You get what you pay for and then some. No complaints at all. Owned and operated by good friendly people from South Philly

Worst customer service ever.... waited over 2 hours for order . When I called for the second time to check in order. The cocky girl asked what time I called .. I told her at 11:19 ... she told me no it was 11:21. Even if it was a 2 minute difference ( which it wasn’t ) Is that a reason I should be waiting over 2 hours for them to deep fry panzorrotti ‘ s ? All I wanted was an answer as to why were waiting over 2 hours for our food .. she told me it’s not her problem she don’t cook the food , that she only takes the order . Then she cursed me out. When I called back again. She said she will credit me 2.00 for my next order ... as if ild order again, to wait over 2 hours !! At that point I cancelled. I usually go in and order .. but never again after that customer service .

I was very pleased with the service and the cheesesteak was delicious!
