Greg is awful. Every time you step in here, you're guaranteed to get trapped in an awkward, frequently aggressive or inappropriate conversation.nnThe service is unreliable as others have stated. I frequently see mail just sitting outside the shop because they weren't open when they were supposed to be.
I contacted them to check on a package my brother paid for 2 day delivery. My mother cancer medication . I asked about a refund due to it not being delivered when it was supposed to. He for rude and stated that he didn't give refund. All I wanted was him to point me in the correct direction since he sure took our money without hesitation. His name is Greg or something of the sort. Very disappointed.
I have used this postal service for about 15 years, mailed hundreds of parcels, and never had a problem, they are excellent.
The service here is friendly and efficient.
