First time customer, overall, very friendly, comfortable, at home feel environment. The owner is very welcoming and caring when it comes to old and new customers, the same. I will be visiting again!!!
Very professional and my scalp doesn't hurt
Very unprofessional!! I called the day before explaining what I wanted on my daughters hair. The lady gave me a time. I get there and another lady tells me I would have to come back because the lady that can do my daughters hair won't come in for another couple of hours. Like how is that professional? Also the lady who was there looked like she did not want to be bothered with me. This is my second encounter with them. My first experience was just as bad. Will never return. And I hope my review will help someone who is thinking of coming. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
I wish I could give a lower rating.. Why give a time and then have me sit for two hours... Nope you won't get my money.. Slow braiders... Taking calls... Stopping... I'm sure the girl in the chair will be late for work and she was there before9... Horrible service and I've seen better work...
