I have been take. virtual classes since this quarantine started. I’ have also done both the ab and leg challenge. All I can say is thank god for Paris Fit and her staff! The classes are amazing and the staff are awesome. They give me something to look forward to daily! Check out the classes! You won’t regret it!

Excellent space! Bright, clean, welcoming. Noel is an excellent trainer herself and she runs a tight ship to make sure her clients have the best experience. I also love the Zumba class!

I wasn’t sure if the bright pink gym would be a good fit, but I thoroughly enjoy this fitness studio. The classes are great and you can attend as many as you want for a reasonable flat rate. There are a lot of options and the owner Paris is very in tune with goals/issues etc. I had a back issue of my own and she worked with me to get me going after a hiatus, and I am quickly seeing the results. This place is definitely worth a visit and the classes are good for any type of goal.
