Over the several years I was a member at OG, no improvements were made to any of the equipment. Things are only fixed after they've been dangerously neglected for weeks/months. (eg frayed machine cables, busted seats, inoperable cardio equipment.)nnOnce you're finally fed up, they keep charging you up to four months after canceling your membership.

This gym has a lot of options for machines and free weights. The equipment is older and outdated, but you can still do a lot here. Basketball court is small, but fun for shooting around. I've gone at different times throughout the day and week, but it is never super packed with people.

Gym is essentially falling apart and should be demolished. Poor heating, poor or no AC, the pool has become a trash pit. I signed up for a year long contract under a promotion and the management repeatedly incorrectly billed me for more than my monthly fee I agreed to in my contract. Multiple emails heeded no results or responses. The gym itself does not provide all new/updated equipment as advertised on their website, but an entire room of the gym seems to be strictly supplied with 30-40 year old equipment. When machines break, it takes ages to fix, and some of the cardio machines will only function with uncomfortable and unbearable squeaking. Many of the gym members who go late at night do not rerack equipment and leave messes, making it difficult to follow a workout planned in advance if all the free weights are scattered and you can’t lift some to put them back for the negligent members. When the pool itself was functioning it was so poorly chemically balanced that the over saturation of calcium made it impossible to see through the water and was a safety hazard if someone were to have drowned and their body not have been seen at the bottom (use at your own risk type facility). The pool itself, when it wasn’t filled with rubble, was too short for any productive swimming activities.nnFrom being unairconditioned through July to being too under heated to get a sweat going throughout the winter, with unresponsive management and sketchy billing practices, I do not recommend. Only positive here are the classes, and that is only for the merit of the instructors

They are expensive with no customer service. Their stuff is old, rundown and they won't fix anything. Sometimes they put tape on sharp edges of the rundown equipment, but that's not a guarantee. Also they will keep charging you two months after you cancel. Avoid the problems and go somewhere else.
