Carvana was INCREDIBLE!!!! I have never bought a car before and they made sure that the process was simple and seamless. I talked to two customer service reps (Marcella and Vanessa) and they were amazing. They made sure I was well informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. The car is in near mint condition with no accidents on the CarFax report. I could not be more satisfied with my car buying experience with Carvana. I have been recommending it to everyone I know!

I bought my first car (ever) from Carvana in October of 2019. It was a great experience. I had just graduated from college and the car was a gift to myself. I had mention this to one of the sale representatives over the phone one time that I called. When I went to pick up my car maybe 2 weeks later they had prepared a small gift for me with a car that said congratulations. It was small gesture that I truly appreciated. The car I chose was a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT. It runs amazing. Any questions of concerns I had about my car, they were ready and willing to help with no issues. Even their loan company Bridgecrest have been amazing. My car was hit and something went from with the engine, their warranty covered it with a $50 deductible. I am now looking to get a bigger car and they have been just as helpful with this process as well. I have nothing bad to say about this company or their customer service. I'm happy I chose them as a dealer. I will differently be getting another car from them in the future.

I really wanted to give this experience a good rating. However I have purchased my car on August 1st and was only given at temporary plate until August 30th and guess what? Its now expired. Cannot be extended and I am still waiting for my registration. Why would they give a 30 day registration knowing the issues they are having? After speaking to numerous reps at Carvana the final outcome was there is nothing we can do for you and no ETA! So I just made my payment on a car that I cannot drive without possibly getting a ticket! I saw the previous reviews for the same issue and I should had went through another dealer. Everything was great until this point. Smooth process and delivery but having a car that you cannot drive makes all of that go away. So disappointed

Very easy to find and purchase car on line, 5 StarsnDay of pickup vending machine was broken (Again), one of the key fobs to the car was missing and was told they never had it (we later found it in the car) , car was driven in the rain after it was cleaned and parked dirty with wiper streaks on windshield and dirty tires, birds had made deposits on car,,, so 3 Stars there.nCar was in better condition then described and the detailer was able to remove the surface scratches that showed in photos 5 Star.nSo I will average it as a 4 Star dealer.
