I want to THANK Richard Decolli at Woodbury Nissan for his professional, honest and respectful service. We first went to Nissan in a weekday near closing hours and our sales rep was not so let’s say open to selling a car. Lol So we did not hold it against Nissan we love the product so we returned Sat morning with a check in hand and wanted to buy. We were approached by Richard instantly with a BIG SMILE. Glowing from behind his mask.... yes it was that big. He asked what he could do for us, we stated we had a loan and his first question was what was the percentage rate. I told him and he said what if I can beat that rate and put you in a car you want? Curious we took him up on his offer. We explored the cars we told him what WE WANTED he did not try to steer us in another direction he LISTENED and looked with us ( in the rain mind you with a broken umbrella) he stated the rain was “refreshing” finally we sat down and spoke numbers ( timely but painless) Richard Got us a rate that was almost 5% less than what we were gonna pay and just a tad bit more a month. We were not judged by our appearance or credit as we felt from previous sales person. Richard took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable, happy and that we were going home in what WE WANTED. Wow! this is how they made me feel entering the showroom. It was bright, clean, cheerful and filled with smiling salesman. Someone was immediately ready to assist me. I was in awe to see how quickly the process took. I was riding my brand new car home within 2hours. I was treated like a queen and received royalty service! We went to Woodbury Nissan after receiving customer appreciation letter. We were introduced to Kyle as our salesman. Kyle was very helpful in helping us make our decision to lease another vehicle. He was very patient and there was nothing that was too much to ask of him. We were undecided on model car or SUV we wanted and Kyle brought out all three to test drive and look over. His concern that we were happy was primary. He is an asset to this establishment.

John Anderson was by far the most helpful car salesman I’ve ever worked with. Not once during my experience did I feel pressured. He also made me feel respected as a buyer. He made sure to work with me on the car I wanted, he also assured me he would work with me to get whichever care I wanted. I’ve already recommended him and this location specifically to others.
