Great place to go for a long walk through the woods and access the Willamette river. The dog park is huge. Great place to let your pooch run free. There is also several fields that the community uses for soccer games and other activities. My favorite part is the beaver dams and habitat area. It's wonderful to see a community make space for humans and wildlife to coexist seamlessly.

Found this gem of a park not far from where I live. There are several trails within the park that are easy going. Large bark chips and asphalt. We also took the trail to Cedar Island and looped around by the river. Almost all shade and lots of parking. You can download a map from the internet of the trails. Good place for small children and walking dogs on leash.

Was a wonderful park. Well-maintained, but as you go further in the trails, it becomes less maintained. It has paved trails, mulched trails, and dirt trails. Has a couple of areas as I saw for off leashed dogs, but it does have strict rules out of the declared areas. So, would say for more trained and obedient dogs lol.

The dog and I walk here often. It's a great park with a lot of trails and river access. The area is really pretty. Good for a run, good for the family and good for walking dogs.
