I am very impressed with the cleanliness of this facility! Jeremiah was very kind and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Convenient location too.

I worked with Debby on securing a unit. She followed up from my online reservation and explained the needed steps and arranged a time to meet that worked for me. She made sure I understood the agreement and hours. She did not try to sell me any unneeded items but let me know what additional items and services were available.

$600+ stolen from the unit, including a nice bike. No sign of forced entry -- and was using a lock they provided. To pile insult on injury, they charged for an extra billing period despite my clearing the unit as they requested before 9pm (what they did is decided to log me as having moved out the day after despite stating that clearing out before this time would not extend the billing period). Public storage is terrible, go local and pick a business with a reputation it wants to protect.

Jeremiah was courteous and knowledgeable of the units and products they sell! The facility was very clean. Location is perfect!

Edit: got a call from the district manager to discuss this issue which is appreciated. They are doing some digging to figure out what happened exactly. I'm increasing my review a bit because of the follow up on this.nnOriginal:nnCaught the unit on a good deal and had an overall great experience until the week I came to move out.nnWhen I moved into my storage unit they had drilled out the previous lock and were having trouble fitting a new one, so they gave me a managers over-lock plate to use with my own regular padlock. And this worked just fine for several months as I slowly moved things from my storage unit to my new apartment. I show up to my unit on May 3rd to meet someone who is wanting to buy a couple items I have left on my unit and my lock with the over-lock plate are gone, instead is one of the standard locks that they couldnt fit at the beginning. I go up to the office and he comes and removed their lock, gives me a new padlock and overlook plate, and walks away saying he wasn't sure what happened and needed to check the notes. I take a quick look through my unit and the microwave that I was 10 minutes away from selling was missing. I look around a bit more and I'm missing an old TV and a couple bench vises as well. The overall value is frankly too minimal to worry about filing an insurance claim as i was at the end of my process of moving my stuff out of storage, but how in the hell do you allow an apparent break in at one of your units and not notify the tenant of said unit?! I decided to spend the rest of that day getting everything else out so that I don't have to worry about more of my stuff going missing here.
