Glen Eyre Pool

Very nice place when here with some friends who live there and was very impressed by the pool and how clean the recreation area is overall. In the pool area you can bring your own food for the BBQ and enjoy making your own food and being with family and friends at the poolside.nnThe bathrooms have motion sensing everything which is funny when you get to the paper towels but it is really nice and very well taken care of and the lifeguard was sure to notify everyone when he was taking his break that they needed to exit the pool for safety.

I only gave 1 star because I was unable to select lower. I moved here in November 2014 and the property was the best. Over the past eight months AJH Management has taken over and the decline is unimaginable. The issues are too numerous to mention. They attempt to distract you by putting in a so called game room and supposedly giving away flat screen TV's to tenants who pay their rent on time. How tasteless. If they provide tenants with what they are paying $1500.00 + per month for, they won't need to resort to such slum lord tactics. Take a look at the Better Business Bureau Rating before moving to this property. AJH is given the worse possible rating. Stay away with this property; can't trust the management; had horrible experience at the end after living there for 6 years. they robbed whole deposit amount from me as part of move-out expenses with foolish reasons/charges.

Worst place ever to live!!! Insanely high rent which goes up every year. Nasty people who work in the office. Ridiculous rules such as any dogs must have their dna checked on record so if they find poop anywhere they test it to find out who’s animal it’s from to fine them, children aren’t allowed to play outside, no bikes allowed, no skates, no skateboards, they charge extra for trash and sewer yet they have one trash bin at the front by the office that everyone must drive their trash up to. No parking for visitors, if you wanna use the pool you must first go thru an interigation to prove you live there. Also no one is allowed to pull up out front of your place for even a few minutes, if you have a garage they do constant garage inspections to make sure your basically not using your garage for any storage only to
