Wouldn’t let members cancel over the phone during the pandemic. All to try to keep customers from canceling, you’re going to make them come in person (not social distancing). Bad customer service.nnTrainers are great (loved yoga and Latin dance and Damon and RJ) and the amount of equipment was decent, but the facility needs major upgrade and repairs. Prices changed frequently with no logic just to try to make money and no upgrades or repairs to justify increases.

I used to work out here years ago. It has changed a little but it's still familiar. Just like going home after a long time away. I will be going back.

I keep getting text messages from this establishment, when I have never been here or heard of it. I have called many times and texted. Despite the fact I've never been here, I am sure that you could find a better place as this establishment has no time to return phone calls or provide exceptionally basic customer service. To clarify, I have been receiving text messages for four months (since July 17) and have received not a single response.

large gentleman at front desk horrible customer care. iv been going for almost 10 years here on and off & have gotten a membership recently and in the middle of the month told i cant come back until i pay for my key card which i already have and a extra random new member fee inwhich iv been already going here for as long as i can remember. real shame i loved this place its gone down hill so bad

Clean and friendly environment. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I can typically spend 2 hours a day easily.
