This was by far the worst experience in trying to buy a car... I would not recommend anyone to go here ...I was told by the sale's person Max Hilton to come on in and he had the car I wanted,mind you I'm an 1 1/2 away..I asked him did he have all that he needed before I came and he said yes.. that was so far from the truth..I waited another hour for the car to come to that lot.. which of course never came...Then he finally told me that I couldn't get the car I wanted but he had another car...and he needed a 1,000 ...to make a long story short...he lied and kept lying....I tried to contact him but he's yet to return my call.. I'm not sure how the other sales people are but if you go here Don't deal with.MAX HILTON...HE IS NOT A GOOD SALESMAN..BUT A GOOD LIER...
The people who work here and are associated with this company are crooks, point blank period. They are not to be trusted on any level. They do not care about anything except locking you into a deal for their financial gain regardless of whatever situation that your in. Please do yourself a favor, if your looking for a vehicle and you see one of these businesses; KEEP GOING! Making a deal with them is worst than making a deal with the devil himself. They will lure you in with bold faced lies and can not be trusted to keep their word about anything. Liars and theives are too good of a description for these wolves in sheep clothing.
I purchased a vehicle from the Waterford Store in December 2015 and I just purchased a second vehicle from the Blackwood Store. These guys are great! You can't go wrong at either store! Everybody is friendly right down to the lot guys! A+++++++!
Bob & the guys at the waterford works location are rockstars we were in and out under 1.5hrs. They had the car waiting and it was better than what I saw online
