My parents bought a BMW through their custom-buy program, which came all the way from the West Cost. From the moment we walked on the lot, to our wave goodbye, they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and catered to our needs. They worked with us to get the perfect vehicle and my parents absolutely love their new BMW! Insane prices, quality cars, great costumer service and all around a great business. They have something for everyone!

It all started when i called auto smart and Andrew picked up the phone a very nice and energetic man he took down my information and booked me an appointment. As soon as i came in the next day Alec a salesman approached me to help me look for a car he was a very nice and funny guy and helped me through the whole process. Marc also helped me get my apr down since I’m a first time buyer he’s gotten it crazy low which was amazing. Ryan also did a Great job detailing the car he was also very nice. Auto smart is an amazing place to buy a car i would recommend this place to anyone , everyone there is so nice and they really will work with you.

July 2020 my family and I visited this lot to purchase a car for my daughter. The purchase was made. The vehicle had some blemishes that the sales rep. Max and his mgr. (Dad) said could be removed. The attempt was not satisfactory. It is now October 15,2020.nI just called the dealership to inquire about my daughter's plates for the vehicle. Andrew answered, had me on hold for almost 6 minutes. I hung up!nIn my opinion, good customer service is done before, during, and definitely after the sale. My daughter needs her plates!nYou really need to step it upud83eudd14

On December 1st I had an appointment here with Andrew. I purchased my first car and to say everything went smoothly would be an understatement! He was very efficient and diligent. I definitely recommend everyone to go over and see Andrew with any buying needs :)
