TOTALLY UNEXPECTED - TREATED BETTER THAN FAMILY!nnAfter 6 disgruntled months of stereotypical car shopping and like a broken-hearted, bitter ex, I stopped in Mainline Auto for 3 minutes to check out a Hyundai SUV that caught my eye. I was shortly thereafter greeted kindly by Angel who was soft-touched, easy going, and extremely genuine and humble. Without hesitation or prompting, Angel picked up the keys from inside and offered for me to test drive the vehicle, without any pressure, posturing, or time constraint DESPITE it being closing time at 7:00pm. Yeah, I was that guy, lol. Angel, on the other hand, was like an honest friend. It was a quick 5-min test drive and I promised to return over the weekend if he could reserve it for me? A greater surprise came a few days later when I returned…nnWhen I returned, there were some surprises. A couple of them:nn1. Several customers wanted the vehicle but true to his word, Angel said it was taken and reserved it for me.n2. My credit dropped to the mid 600s (50 points lower than a couple weeks prior) so I opted to see what Angel could offer versus my credit union. To save you time reading this, Angel was just INCREDIBLE! Within a couple hours he arranged suitable financing, had the vehicle detailed with BRAND NEW TIRES, and almost literally gave me the “Red Carpet” treatment with “White glove” service. He was always sincere, soft-spoken, and deeply genuine and kind. This review isn’t intended as a soapy romance novel but I really had callused skin with car shopping alligators before Mainline Auto and never expected the true care and service I received. Angel went above and beyond at every turn and treated me like the proverbial family…the kind you like, lol.nnThis is a family owned business that cares entirely about long-term relationships, reliable quality cars, and doing the right thing for it’s own sake. Great experience. Steve is a beautiful soul, he went above and beyond to make sure i drove off the lot with a car i was satifised with and affordable in my budget.
