My car has been in the shop countless times since beginning the lease on my Traverse 2.5 years ago. When i shift from D from R, my car sometimes continues in R (and not just an innocent, normal roll). Every time I take it in, they can never duplicate the problem and make it seem like it’s something I’m doing. I’ve rolled into a busy street with oncoming traffic...with my KIDS in the car (my youngest is 4 months). I now have damage to my car AND my new house from the rolling. My children are petrified to get into my “family friendly” and “safe” vehicle because they’ve witnessed first hand the rolling and the damage it caused. I will NEVER get another Chevy, ever again. Worst car and worst experience ever.

Purchased a Tahoe in August, was an easy quick experience. Today I called last minute to have battery replaced and Gene, the service manager, took care of it and got it done super fast for me (even though they were busy) and alleviated my worries. Excellent customer service, thank you!!

My 2017 Sonic has a faulty water pump and I call to schedule an appointment to get it replaced under the powertrain warranty but was told I would still have to pay a diagnostic fee of $100. When I informed Felicia that I would pay for the diagnostic fee but if the diagnostic came back with something other than the water pump, I would take my business elsewhere and file a claim with my credit card company, she refused to schedule me for an appointment. I then spoke to a Mr. Keefer, who when I asked why they are so concerned with liability If the part is covered under a warranty, became combative and told me he would not work on my vehicle.

Frank was amazing from the time I called on the phone to the the time I picked my vehicle up. My vehicle was serviced way faster than I thought, they didn’t try to scam me out of any money that didn’t need to be spent. I’ve been to a few Chevy’s but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. This will definitely be the family to my Chevy camaro from now on!!
