I am very happy with my purchase, but even happier with my sales experience! Went in with one truck in mind. I didn’t like the ride. Dave took the time to show me around and see what I liked.nI actually picked out something I liked and was out of there in less than 2 hours! Try that at a huge dealership!!!nLater that week, I had an issue with the truck. (They are machines after all!) I called Dave. They had it handled immediately with no questions asked! He apologized for even having an issue(which was not necessary), and had me on the road the next day! I would HIGHLY recommend using Auto Addictions to anyone looking for a truck! I will be happy to send my family there for the next purchase!nThis place does it right!
Really insightful with great service. I was especially thankful for the care they took since my son and I were coming from a long distance. Dave was very patient and helpful as we walked through every stage of the buying process. Would definitely recommend to others and go back!!
I had my car serviced here a while back (detail/stereo install). The speakers were installed incorrectly and they did not even clean my car, let alone detail it. There was spots of sauce all over the dashboard when I got it back and ashes still in the back seat. It was clear that it had not even been vacuumed. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, they were extremely rude, to the point that I went to another company to fix the work. Fast forward to recently, I own a small business in the area. I receive a call from the owner, David, for a service request. He is extremely rude throughout the entire process. Once he receives the estimate, he claimed he was unhappy that it wasn't detailed enough and then began bad mouthing my company on the internet. I was going to let the first issue go as I am not in the habit of speaking badly about small businesses, but this is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. STAY AWAY!!!!
I had stopped for a slice of pizza down the street and ended up buying a car.nIt was a great experience. I looked at so many cars before finding this place. The price was far less than similar cars at other dealerships. I look forward to buying there again.
If I could I would give 0 stars! The service provided was beyond unprofessional. Frank (owner) was rude, inconsiderate, and careless. I expressed my concerns/dissatisfaction of the result from his work. He tried to explain that his work is exceptional and would not get any better results elsewhere. He did not try to rectify the situation at all but simply stated he can redo the job but will charge full rate again for it. I went 8 mins down the road to DYNAMIC TINT to gain a true professional opinion. What a difference !!! DYNAMIC TINT knows how to do their job while providing exceptional customer service. Do NOT to Auto Addictions if you want the job done right!! Absolutely horrible!!nn** Do NOT even reply to this post- your performance & service is beyond disgraceful.
