I had such a great experience in the purchase of their 2012 Maxima for my son as a surprise Christmas Gift for 2020.nnOne of the coolest moments was when my son and I came to look at the car...was given the car fax including the warranty info for us to review and having to talk in codes. We were not harassed for a sale or anything. They have confidence in their cars and will ensure the customer is happy with their purchase which is good business.nnPaperwork was done online.... and it was literally a sign and drive.nnCheck them out!!nn- Mom of a 16yr old ... I just purchased a used Honda CRV from Auto Concepts in Glendora, NJ. It was a great experience! The salesman, Michael Garro, was extremely helpful and professional. We started the process over the phone so when I arrived at my scheduled time, all I had to do is test drive the car and sign the paperwork. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes after I drove the car. It was a very efficient process and Michael went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others!

I purchased a used vehicle from auto concepts on 8/16/2020. To start, the salesman was exactly what you would expect from a used car salesmen, lots of promises and zero delivery. He promised me they would mail me my documents and title. I immediately had issues with the vehicle. With the A/c running heat would randomly turn on and not shut off and then shortly after another issue with my head lights. After $200 worth of parts I repaired it myself in order to not waste my time traveling back to the dealership for nothing. My temp tags expired on 9/16. After calling the dealer multiple times, They kept telling me the registration was extended due to covid which was false due to the date I purchased the vehicle. They refused to send an extended registration so the vehicle that I paid in full for was unusable for two months. I waited three months for my registration, plates and title since they made an error with my title. After three months and my calling frustrated countless times, the salesman went back on his word to mail the plates and title and made me drive two hours to pick it up. They are professional to get the deal done and then the customer service is absolutely terrible. overall a terrible experience will never buy a vehicle from them again!

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Concepts between 2 - 3 weeks ago. I am in the process of buying a house so I just needed a vehicle to last me about 3 - 4 months. This car came with a 6 month warranty. However, the car is already undrivable and Auto Concepts won't even take my call.nnI haven't even driven this car that much because I work from home. It's a Nissan Sentra, about 150k miles. On Sunday, I drove about 2 miles from where I live to the Acme, on the way back the engine kept losing power and broke down. I paid about $4k for this junker. I contacted Auto Concepts via text the day it broke down and they said they'd take care of it. So, I called the dealership on Monday and they put my call right into voicemail. I reached out to Auto Concepts 3 times since the car broke down and they have not responded or replied at all. The car didn't even last the 30 days until my plates came in. I don't recommend Auto Concepts at all.
