Royal Fitness

I recently rejoined this gym. They have a great outdoor class schedule and I took one of the Slow Flow Vinyasa classes recently. The instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. I’m new back into yoga and she made the class very easy to follow. I also felt that it was well distanced and having the class outside was lovely.nnAll of the staff has been very communicative and they are taking great measures to keep their members safe.

I've been a member for many years and have always been satisfied. The return was as expected ans more. I was shown a table to pick up my own microfiber towel ans spray bottle. There was plenty of space and everyone was masked.

I have been going to this gym for a little over a year and love it! The staff is so friendly and welcome you by name. They have a great variety of classes, and all the instructors are amazing and give hard core workouts! The upstairs free gym has much to offer too, as there are a ton of varieties of cardio and weight machines. I also love that there is a protein shake bar where you can pre-order your shakes so its ready to be picked up when your done working out. Absolutely love Royal Fitness!

Royal Fitness is a great space to workout. Before the pandemic the inside was always clean and instructors very friendly. When the pandemic hit they had to close but still offered free virtual classes. They now have fantastic outdoor classes. They provide a safe environment to be active.

I was a Royal Fit guy years ago (moved) and have since returned. There’s something to be said about a small town gym that isn’t a cookie cutter format. I love the gym and highly recommend.
