Can’t say enough about this studio and the profound impact the teachers have had on my life. This community is the kindest, most generous and loving collection of people I’ve had the privilege of practicing beside. So much love for my ohm grown family!

OHMGrown is truly a gem of a yoga studio! It is a very welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere, the studio is clean and the classes are reasonably priced. The instructors are knowledgeable and offer modifications/adjustments that tailor to a variety of levels. If you are looking for a good sweat and laugh at the same time try a class with Alyssa or Lauren. You won’t be disappointed!

I'm so grateful to have found a community in Ohm Grown. Despite being new to yoga, I felt immediately welcomed and accepted. My reasons for beginning my practice were mostly to heal my body from years of sitting at a desk for 8 hours/day plus a long commute. After just a few months, I feel the best I have in a long time. If you are looking for an inclusive space to heal, learn, discover, etc...checking out Ohm Grown Yoga is worth your time.

Connectivity, positivity and mindfully powerful are words that come to mind when I think of Ohm Grown. This space and these people are wonderful reminders that there is infinite good in the world and sometimes we need to just get on our mats to find it. I feel lucky to be one of the teachers here and luckier to practice with others. Thank you, Ohm Grown- this place feels like home.
