Upcycle at The Grant Building

I just love the overall vibe of Upcycle. I keep waiting for that moment after a class with a new instructor where I think, “ehhh, she was okay, but I probably won’t go to her class again”, and IT’S NEVER HAPPENING! Every instructor has great energy and is so fun and I am looking forward to every class. I honestly can’t say enough nice stuff about this studio.

Great outdoor spin class! Really great to get a good, hard, fun workout with others in a safe environment. Something hard to come by these days!

I cannot say enough good things about UpCycle! The owners are amazing and incredibly dedicated, and every instructor I’ve encountered has been kind, patient and provided me with a terrific yoga class. The studio ambiance is wonderfully positive and peaceful too - can’t wait to get back there soon, but enjoying streaming and outdoor classes in the meantime!

Upcycle is a great environment to work out in. All of the instructors are friendly, helpful and motivating. This place has changed my outlook on fitness and achieving my goals. Bonus that they have been doing virtual and on demand classes. Looking forward to catching classes outside.

The class was great! Juliet was super helpful and it was very easy to follow along. Really pleased with my fist cycling experience.
