SMT is changing things for the people of south jersey. Because it's new to the area, we now have an outlet that offers kickboxing, self defense, and fitness basically in or backyards. Where else can you learn from a professional Muay Thai fighter and teacher, not to mention an international champion? PJ has been teaching and training kids, teens, and adults for years- offering practical knowledge for everybody. He reminds us that anyone can learn and almost importantly, he makes it fun.

Great training and awesome people. Before I started training with PJ I had been practicing Muay Thai and kickboxing for over 6 years. He showed me so many ways to clean up my game and make myself more affective in sparring.
