Love my gym. I am not a professional bodybuilder but visit this gym on regular basis. There are limited number of people around 4 am to 5:30 am therefore you will have almost all machines available for you to workout. They recently added 125 lbs dumbbells. Staff is great. They have three showers in men’s area and I never had a time I had to wait to take shower. Enough storage space. All this is true during morning hours when I visit the gym. Things may be different during other hours.

This is a great gym to train at. Mainly because of the updated equipment and the friendly staff . Personally , I have had positive results in my training with the help from Jesse, the lead personal trainer here . If you’re looking for a productive training session, definitely see Jesse.
