I've been in three times, all of which have been good experience. Never too busy, always ready, friendly staff.

Three stars....pretty same service as every other one

Good pizza and food. Their customer service is very unfriendly, they don’t have common curtesy. I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one followed up with me, eventually I had to hang up, and then called again to just be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I wish the service and communication was better.

Went to order 2 pizza’s at 9:20 p.m. the girl who answered said they were cleaned up and not taking any more orders. When we asked if their was any hot and ready to go she said no. We asked is it usual for you not to make any pizza with forty minutes left until closing she said no we stop taking orders at 9:30 and wouldn’t take our order. ud83dude33 Whoever owns this franchise should know their employees are getting paid to pretty much not do anything for the last hour of their shift including answer the phone because it took calling twice for them to answer after they hung up the first time without even saying anything.

Ordered a pizza and crazy bread online and had a promo for free crazy bread. The website validated the code yet still charged my card for both items. Called to ask about happened and talked to a young kid who could care less and referred me to the corporate number saying there was nothing he could do with a snobby attitude. Found the corporate number and waited on hold for 10+ minutes to get a representative with similar careless attitude and told me there is nothing she could do from there and that it had to be takin up with the store directly
