The employees were knowledgeable and walked me through how much higher quality of a lock they were installing compared to the previous lock. These folks were very professional and gave us excellent customer service! One of our deadbolt locks broke and we couldn’t get our door open. We called them and showed up when they said they would, called before arriving and replaced the deadbolts on both doors.
