I wasn’t going to come in to get a new car at all, I was just scrolling through their inventory bored and I got a call from Mike Myles and after a ten minute conversation where I expressed my concern about where my credit is and how I didn’t want to waste my time he had reassured me he could help. I came in and met with Andrew the sales manager who directed me to our salesman Dominic. They were very attentive to my needs and made sure I got the exact Truck I wanted. Nobody gave me a hard time about having all of my children with me and they were all extremely professional. The only thing I could even complain about would be the wait but hey that’s buying a car and good things take time. All in all my experience was great and I’d definitely come to them again to get a vehicle. I love my new Ram
I loved how I was greeted and the service was excellent. The only thing I would like to suggest that the bring your car you I had to search for my car because it was like five cars like mine had to set the alarm and search. Otherwise it was the best. The one in Cherry Hill is awful because they get so much business they are not friendly you are just a number very bad attitude there and the cashier's as well
I had a wonderful experience. The manager Eve was able to get me into a car at the price point I needed to be even though I was upside-down on my trade. I highly recommend working with EVE.
Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to like this place, they offered me and my father an awful experience. Upon purchase of our truck, they promised they would do the trucks alignment, detail the truck, buff out the scratches on the truck and promised us a warranty on the truck. None of the above were done although they promised. Phone call after phone call every week for 3 months- they either ignored us and said they would call us back but never did. We tried giving them a chance. Rich was the sales associate and Bob Ingelido was the service manager- both of which left us with empty promises. What a shame. Never coming back and telling our friends and family of our horrid experience.
Everyone at the NJ Dodge dealership were very kind. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name who sold me the car. But he was very patient and kind enough to answer all of my questions about the car I’ve purchased, 2020 FrostBite Blue Dodge Charger. I explain to him how much I’ve been wanting a B5 blue dodge for years. Though that colors isn’t available I was still able to get a car in a color a adore.nThank you to everyone and the NJ Dodge dealership.
