Ben helped me win a judgment for fraud against a seller who misrepresented a car that I bought. It was a sizable judgment. It was great doing business with Ben. All attorneys I have used in the past were arrogant, unorganized, and did virtually nothing for me, despite charging extremely high fees. Ben was just the opposite. He is a man of integrity and is extremely organized, honest, prompt, responsive, and professional. He never made me uncomfortable contacting him, and he worked very hard for me at a very reasonable rate. He worked with me for almost two years, and it was a completely positive experience. Ben is an honorable man.

he doesn't like to have his consultations taped....hmmm, not some one I would trust. I did tell you that I would be taping you in an email, before I even called you. You aren't very observant, not a very good thing for a lawyer...got the email, you want me to post them? Oh, and If, I'm just doing my job, with out trying to do something illicit, why would I mind some one taping me?

I would not recommend this attorney. I attempted to us him on 3 different issues. I was not pleased with the results. I use attorneys all the time & believe I have realistic needs that were not meet.

Great legal advice. Very knowledgeable. Called him to get some info in regards to a landlord/tenant issue.nI called and left. Message initially and he was the one that called me back personally, and set up an appointment within a couple of days that was super convenient.nGave us really helpful advice and a plan as to what we should do next.nI am confident that if we chose to use legal representation he would handle it great!

I've used Ben several times and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He gets straight to the point and doesn't waste my time and I like that because I love to save $$$!
