If you're debating whether you can afford Rhett Bernstein to defend you i can say from my personal experience that your freedom is worth every penny his time costs. He was able to get my case dismissed pretrial. If I had i court appointed lawyer I'm absolutely positive I would be on probation if I was really lucky. I would have spent more on court fees, probation costs, and getting the damn thing expunged not to mention the time it takes to jump through all the hoops. I didn't even go to court once over this that's how good he is. I'm so grateful I hired Rhett to be my lawyer.

If you’re looking for an amazing attorney, look no further. This was my first run in with the law and I was super stressed about the whole situation. I didn’t know where to start but Rhett not only reassured me but also gave me a clear picture what could happen and how to go from here. I called many other attorneys and most gave me their price and just said they’ll have to wait to see the case and others just made me worry even more.. Rhett and Sommer were always quick to reply and helped me with everything. I highly recommend Rhett and his team! We did extensive research and called other attorneys and Rhett by far was the most professional. I felt like the other attorneys I talked to wanted to charge hourly and definitely felt the car salesman energy. Rhett gave us an up front flat fee for our case which ended up lasting almost 2 years. Any questions we had him and his team would get back to us right away. Our case results were by far way better than we expected and I know it was because of Rhett, his team and his knowledge of the court system.
