Had a great experience. Phyllis had the car we wanted to see ready to go for a test drive. They worked hard to get me the best price and a good financing rate. Great experience and my daughter loves the car. Got it all done in an afternoon! Great stuff.

Our family just purchased 2 cars from Dunphy Ford in the same week. My entire family drives cars purchased from Dunphy. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car. Ryan Palmer and Mark Singer are fantastic , they made our car shopping and buying experience so easy.

I went in to have my inspection done on my car a few months ago and mentioned to Tony Maddonni, who works in the service department, that I would be in the market for a new SUV in the summer. He mentioned that when I was ready he would help me in this process. He helped me to pick out the vehicle, take it for a test drive and even gave me a rough estimate to figure out how much my monthly payments would be. Phyllis was able to get me a good financial rate that was pretty close to the estimate. I was in and out with my new SUV in about two hours and overall it was a great experience. This was my third purchase from Dunphy Ford and I will remain a repeat customer.

Will never buy from here ever again. Since day one had problems with my escape they sell you nice looking cars just for you to have problems a month to a year later to take your money i will never buy a ford car again especially from this location have fun with them few dollars you guys made from me cuz it will be the last

I've had my Ford truck in for service here multiple times for the same issue. I bought the truck used with a factory warranty so I was unable to lemon law. The service department is terrible. Truck would be there for several days and when i got it back it would still have the same issues. Aside form having the same issues they also damaged interior panels while disassembling. After appx 6 visits to this dealer for the same problem I finally gave up and took the truck to McCafferty Ford who fixed the problem right away the first time. Dunphy is a small dealership with terrible service. I highly recommend a larger more experienced dealership who can actually resolve your issues.
