Naryan Auto Group will always be first to their Kentucky customers! Ken and George were awesome! Ken’s constant communication and correspondence was over the top! Ken was able to FaceTime and was very honest about the truck we were looking to purchase! Being an out of state buyer can pose unusual challenges; but Ken made sure we were taken care of. He even picked us up at the airport! George’s professionalism is top notch and you know a great business when you show up from out of state not knowing who the owner is because the business is a “Team”! This is by far the best experience we have had with any out of state purchase (and we have had a lot lol)! There were no hidden fees and everything was exactly how it was described and expected. We highly recommend Naryan Auto Group to anyone. Ken is one amazing guy and George is an awesome business owner that was very personable and accommodating! If we ever buy again in the future, we will reach out to Ken and George to help us find what we are looking for. This is no longer a business in our book; it’s family!

After 2 weeks of shopping for my first car. I excited I was able to find a dealer who was willing to work with my budget. Paul was a great help and shout out to Chris for helping me with my financing options. I’d recommend them for anyone looking to buy their first car. Naryan is awesome & they’ll really work with you to have you on the road in your new car.

Was extremely interested in a vehicle they had for my wife. The price was awesome but after hearing the near $2000 dealership fee I was completely turned off. Will not recommend this place. No way they should be passing off these prices to the customers. Will not be shopping here ever.nnUpdate: After seeing their reply to call, i called in and was told someone would reach out to me. Its been 2 days and still nothing. That is not great customer servicennUpdate: Called back and spoke to George, he made me a great offer hard to refuse. Took the fees down to a nice price. I worked with Paul, and he was great. Walked out with a nice car.nnI will leave my initial review up because that's how I felt. But in the end they were great.

Best dealership ever! I walked in to look around because of the great prices online and my salesperson, Paul, took his time to help me find the perfect car with a great payment. My experience at Naryan dealership was an awesome experience. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a used car to make an appearance over to their lot. They have a great inventory of cars, ranging anywhere from Honda, Acura, to Lexus and BMW and much, much, more. The experience was simple, quick, and easy. I worked with Remy who was super helpful in the whole process. He answered all my questions honestly. Not only did they get me approved at a fantastic low interest rate they also went over my credit report and gave me advice on how to make it even better with written instructions. They certainly go above and beyond in customer service. I will certainly be back when its time to purchase another car in a few years!!! Thanks Naryan Auto Group!
