Renzi's Pizzeria MAYFAIR

The food is amazing here. Me and my family love their pizza. Everything we ordered from here was great. Definitely need to try them if u haven't already......... Also the owner Poppy is awesome he always makes sure our food is done right. We like our rolls and pizza well done and he makes it perfect.

They have a huge sign on the door that states you must wear a mask or you can't enter. However, none of the staff are wearing mask inside the store, Including the people in the back and the workers on the register. 2nd time and last time ordering from here. Food, and Safely handling food is important during covid not to them at least!

Highly disappointed! I've been ordering from Renzis for over 2 years without issue, until today when i called to order and the girl that answered told me that they don't deliver to my address. I asked her when this started and was told always. I explained that I have points that I accrued she told me my balance I asked how can i have points if I haven't gotten food delivered to my address before and NO if your thinking it I DON'T ORDER THEN DRIVE TO PICKUP, and she told me that she even asked her manager and we don't deliver to you. Lmao this place is a JOKE I WILL DEFINITELY TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!! RUDE RUDE AND RUDER!!! SAD THEY LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER THAT ALWAYS TIPPED WELL FOR DELIVERY!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere. Just beware because if you have points that your racking up this could happen to you at anytime!!!

A relatively good joint that's plagued by inconsistency. I've ordered well over 30+ times in this particular location and when they do it right, they are great. The problem is doing it right 2+ orders in a row.nnToo many times I'm either missing an item or they did not follow instructions (i.e missing lettuce, tomato, and onion on a cheesesteak hoagie, missing side order of hot peppers, getting the drinks wrong, giving re-fried fries to you, giving ketchup on the side, etc.). These may seem like small things but when some of those items you are paying extra for and constantly missing time and time again, it starts to add up.nnMy most recent couple of orders have been terrible as well. One of the delivery drivers gave me the wrong order and refuses to give the money back and gives an attitude about it. They claim that they were remaking the food for me but given that it took well over an hour for the food to be initially delivered (less than 5 minutes away from location) and suddenly it was delivered in 10 minutes, I'm certain they lied about it.nnEven now, I tried to order from their website and they said that they cannot deliver to my address. I literally ordered last week and they delivered just fine but when I called, they said its out of range which makes no sense whatsoever. If it wasn't for the reward points, I don't think I'd ever eat here again. It's the only thing that's keeping me here quite honestly.nnIf you are ordering for pickup, you might be okay and should always double check your food before leaving as it'll probably be missing something. If you intend to use delivery, expected 45+ min wait time even if you are 5 minutes away from this location.
