Old London Style Pizza

I have been getting food from here since I moved to Northeast 8 years ago and I was always pleased with the food but lately the food has been warm and delivery went from 30 minutes to over an hour. The gurls there were cool but now they are quick to put you on hold and you feel rushed when placing your order. Need to find a new pizza place with good quality food. I have called to see where my food was at and the answer I got was it's on the way to have to wait even longer because they only had 1 delivery person.

I just moved up the street, literally one block away and ordered food for my family and i, it took an hour and fifteen min for the food too be delivered but not only that, my three yr old daughter bit into a chicken tender and happened too bite into a staple too, not only that but they got my whole order wrong also, i would highly recommend not ordering from there, i am a former check down center city and that was a disgrace too the health of my child.

Ordered from here all the time (3-4 years worth)- if I could give 0 stars I would!nnI never had any issues besides LONG wait times - they say 30/45 minutes for delivery and take over an hour and a half sometimes it took almost two hours, but never cared because the food was so good!nnBUT today April 25, 2020- I will never order deli every or do take out EVER AGAIN!nnI ordered my food and mid way through the order I asked about slices of pizza, they said no slices due to whatever reason no problem but I asked how much bigger is a small pizza compared to a slice and the lady gave me such an attitude saying idk so Ire asked the question in other terms to help her maybe understand it better and she laughed saying idk again so I asked her if she can ask or get someone who does know the answer and she said sure and put me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up.nnI waited since I put an order in to see if anyone would call back to complete my order and NOPE NO ONE. I called back AGAIN spoke with Someone named Jennifer, which it could be the same person I don’t know I didn’t get the first persons name unfortunately but her attitude changed and apologized for them hanging up on me.nnYeah, sorry not sorry but I’m the customer at your place of business and you guys failed at all aspects of customer service like I said 3 going on 4 years of coming here PAYING your company money - NEVER AGAIN.nnFire the people who work at the front because clearly they don’t know what they are doing OR hate their jobs meaning they don’t care to be there! HIRE people who do care and when you do that you’ll get even more business! Those girls at the front are hurting your business!nnI’ll make sure to not recommend this place to all my friends and family and tell people who I come into contact with throughout my own two businesses/company’s and I’ll continue to leave bad reviews!nnThanks for nothing!nJaclyn

They are hard and fast workers,they get your food ready fast.Delicous food

The only reason I've given a good review is because the food is delicious. But the delivery is terrible
