I'm a 62 year old female who has health issues. I was hospitalized and could not walk very far without sitting down. David, to me is the ultimate trainer. He understands my pace and monitors my exercises carefully and understands my limitations. I can now walk up and down my steps at home with ease! He is a very respectful young man and I ask that God continue to cause Fit Tank to flourish! Fit Tank is the place to be, if you don't believe it, just ask me!

Regardless of your gender, fitness level or nutritional goals, Dave the trainer has a plan for you. Boot Camps, classes or personal plan go to the Fit Tank to get right. As someone who has struggled to stay in shape, Dave has been a steady motivator and always has worked with my budget.....i highly recommend him for your fitness goals.
