Nice facilities and friendly staff but no way to fill up water bottles. Instead they offer plastic water bottles for sale. Not a serious issue as we'll just bring more water next time but discouraging the use of reusable items over creating plastic waste is a bit rubbish.

Great badminton gym for badminton lovers, this is the first professional badminton courts in Philadelphia. I definitely recommend people to check out badminton sport in general, but for pros this is definitely the place to go to! Staffs are amazing and friendly, place is super clean and neat. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Make sure to call first before coming in, they have to change some system because of the covid-19 effect in place.

Amazing staff, ownership and facility. Hands down the best in the business. I cant wait for them to reopen up after covid.

Used to play here a lot until they renovated it and introduced this new policy on the shoes. I have no problem with introducing new policy but the staffs and owner are extremely unprofessional. There is no clear explanation on what kind of shoes are allowed, only a small description to tell you not to wear black sole shoes. Each time we come in, the rule changes, we could be wearing the same pair of shoes and it would be fine for one but not another, not to mention other people with dark color sole came in without a problem but the staff kept giving us a hard time on a blue sole shoes. Will never come back again. I’m sure a lot of people are probably as frustrated as we are when coming all the way here to play but couldn’t because of this.

Courts are moderately good better than a school gym and lighting is good. No real changing area, just 2 toilets, no showers. Staff can be rude and not helpful. Instructions for shoes not at all clear, as long aaa there is color even in non marking shoes, the staff refused to let us play even though last week the staff said it was fine. Travelled all New Jersey to play and decided the guy on front desk was on a power trip and wanted to go home early. Decided to call it a day. Had good experience with other staff in the past. Owner needs to market the place better. Pretty bad experience tonight.
