Went here for the first time and was very disappointed. The location was unclean the staff was unprofessional. I entered the location was hit with a very strong chemical smell, the space was not ventilated properly, I almost turned around and wished I did. There were so many fruit flies in the space that I had to interrupt my technician to swat them away.nnAdditionally the staff were really unprofessional and not customer friendly. They didn't speak to me other than a hello and what color would you like. Masks were not worn by 2 employees during my visit and one employee helped herself to a pedicure while I was there. Walking around with her shoes off and removing the calluses from her feet.nnMy dip nail service didn't turn out great either, the surface of the nails were uneven and dimpled. They were poorly cut and jagged, and when I got home I had to file them down a bit.nnI will not be returning to this location.
Love the service I get here. Very clean and they always take great care of me. I always recommend to my friends.
There are many good things to report about Annie and her team! They are quick, efficient, very skilled and polite. I'm a big fan of the pedicures but tried a dip manicure out of curiosity and was *amazed* at its longevity and strength. It can be a busy salon, so calling for appointment is a good idea but they are very accommodating for walk ins.
I honestly want to like this place and keep coming back to give it another chance. But for the price they do not massage nearly enough. I keep wanting to give them another try since they are quick to get me in and polite. They do a good job twitch polish. However, it’s much less time than other places with comparable prices in the area. I will say, if you get lucky there is one man who massages more!
I drive about 40 min to go have my nails done at Avenue Nails! The employees are very friendly, quick, and do a great job!
