Blake's Lotaburger

Good food. Poor counter service. This location needs better management.

Good burritos. I like the green chili...the husband likes red.

Very disorganized... Lots of employees just doing circles and bumping into each other.. and management right along with them... No coordination, no customer service, Lots of confusion and mostly bad service... Customers scattered throughout the restaurant... couldn't tell where the line was or what line was what...

They don't even answer their phone during business hours; I guess they don't want the business; So, I'll take my money elsewhere. My recommendation for breakfast and lunch is put two employees minimum on registers/phones; it might put a strain on kitchen but customer service is always #1 and generally people will wait the extra time for their food if good service and good food is on point... or is that asking too much?
