Tilly does an amazing job from start to finish. She makes sure her customers are happy all the way till the end of the cut. I would strongly recommend you drop your old hair cut place to see her at the hair upstairs :D

This is the best hair cut in Portland! Tilly is extremely personable and Detail oriented. You can tell that she has had years of experience and it shows in her haircuts!
