Planet Fitness

My return to Planet Fitness after the Covid-19 shutdown has been great. The gym has covered the sanitization guidelines to protect the clients. I felt comfortable and protected. I liked the companies policy already in effect regarding sanitization. That's why I didn't hesitate returning to this organization for my fitness agenda. Keep up the good work.

I like planet fitness but since the covid it's been a little difficult to want to continue to be a member. It's difficult working out and really getting into the gym with a mask on. Can't really breathe and its uncomfortable. This is not the gyms fault, they are just following protocol.nnThe reason I gave a 4 stars because this gym is small, and not alot of weights are available. The men comes in and take over the weights section. I think the gym should implement a time limit on the weight area so other people can get a chance to use them and the weight machines. The staff should enforce it. This gym is close and convenient for me, however sometimes I may have to go to planet fitness in Abington. Abington is bigger and have two floors. There is also a spacious weight section so the weight machines and weights are available. I may consider blinkfitness since it's closer if I can't get a great workout in.

Went to back to the gym for the first time since quarantine and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with how clean and sanitized the gym is. It feels clean and from what I saw, everyone wiped down the equipment before and after each use. It feels good to finally be back!

I love this place. Staff is super friendly. And the equipment is great. I can work out every part of my body in this judgment free zone.

Very Angry!!!! Twice I asked at the front desk for them to lower the music, the sound in the 30 minute workout area is deafening . I was told they didn’t know how, needed to speak with manager. I am there early in the morning, 7:30, was told Manager not in till 10. So that means no one else knows how to take care of this issue. I am sure that I am not the only person to complain, but since I was leaving I am sure they didn’t even tell the Manager when he arrived. I was not able to continue my workout, it makes me upset that it seems like no one cares for clients. I have been coming here for over 2 years without incident.I think the staff should be able to handle an issue like this & not have to wait for over 2 hours to figure it out.
