Zen Betty Yoga

This place is awesome! I've taken a few different classes here and each one has been wonderful. The instructors are informative and encouraging. It's so nice to finally have a yoga studio in the area. Highly recommend to a first timer or a seasoned student!

My first class I took at Zen Betty was with Alyssa and I had an instant connection with her and her practice. She is a natural on the mat and a great teacher. She pushes you out of your comfort zone without even knowing it. I leave her class every Thursday night feeling accomplished and radiating with positivity.

So happy this studio opened up near me. The instructors, atmosphere, and classes have all been wonderful. Being somewhat new to yoga I am always a bit apprehensive but that quickly went away at Zen Betty Yoga. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Great studio and great environment for those both experienced and new to yoga! The instructors have experience and know what they are talking about. They are patient and really teach you the proper posing for each sequence. They did a wonderful job and after my first class there I was already planning my next one! They have the option for drop in or memberships so it is worth a try — you won’t regret it.
