La Dos Gringas

I find it a must to rave about this place!!! I was there just a few minutes ago. Not having had my Mexican fix in a while... And starved as I was.... Every place I stopped at was closed! No drive up, no frijoles. Never stopped here before, and I figured that by the name of the restaurant.. I wasn't anxious to try the chili.. I have to admit it is delicious, to say the least. The refried beans even better. To those of you that own it and work it... White chicks can make chili !!! Awesome

Wonderful service and food. Love that a variety of tea bags arrived with the hot water. Cold need night needed red chili and hot tea!

The food was the best and the staff was friendly are waiter Adriano was the best he took real good care of us and recommended the best meals. The best Mexican food I ever ate. For us being 5-1/2 hours away will definitely make the drive to eat there again!!!!

The staff is really very friendly and attentive which is the only reason I didn't give just one star. The food is abundant but not good at all. With the exception of using black pepper excessively to flavor their food,it is otherwise bland and expensive to boot. I tried to finish most of the food because it felt wrong not to and i was starving when i walked in but I was ill for nearly the next day and a half. The sweet/raspberry tea was ok. The chips and salsa were good and the guacamole seemed fresh though lacking in flavor.

yes I may be an employee but I am a customer too! I have worked in several dining establishment's in Belen I can say La Dos Gringas had the finest good and great menu. the daily specials break up any idea of monotonous meals. come on in we do have patio dining and curbside takeout. you will be very happy with the good food and service
