Will never buy here again

I purchased a vehicle from the online auction two days ago and picked it up today. I’m going to rate this place 4 stars and here’s why! The vehicle has about 6 MINOR issues but only two of those issues were listed on the vehicles description online. The customer service of the employees was kind of blah but nothing too serious, they all were nice and helpful. Also the wait wasn’t too long. Between paying off the rest of my car, getting the paperwork and paper tags I was in and out about 30 minutes. When you’re purchasing a vehicle from the online auction please READ the website!!! I saw a lot of buyers lost by the fees, luckily I read the website so I was aware. If you win an online bid, you’ll have to pay the price you bid for + the fees amount of whatever the price range is of your bid + $69 for the online fee. Once you win, a deposit of $300 will IMMEDIATELY be paid from your debit/credit card that you have on file and deducted from the total price of all the things I just mentioned. I also suggest bringing cash when picking up your vehicle because you have to pay the rest of your amount at the location, and the place charges $28 extra to use a debit or credit card. Also they do provide 60 day temporary tags for out of state buyers for $95 (no extra). If you READ the policy online you will not be shocked by any prices. I’m a satisfied customer and would buy again in the future.

I bought a 2001 Eclipse there and when I looked at the engine they made it look clean ... I paid 1500 and by then time I almost got home the engine started puttering, they wouldnt even work with me, even though they sold the car for a dealer I thought they made the dealer sign something that guarantees a good engine and transmission. They need to hold dealers accountable because it is giving the business a bad reputation and refund 50% of the money to the customer for negligence and a breach of contract.

I had a great outcome with manager Raina helping me with over 20 years of professional experience at Capitol Auto in PA. I was very satisfied. I wish more people were like her in this field. But, beware of the cars they are as is so be mindful and frugal when buying a car from any auction. It's a chance you take you might get a good car or a lemon. I will return to buy more cars in the future.

I bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey here and I loved it! It had NO problems whatsoever and loved driving it. Unfortunately It got into a wreck and I am coming here again to buy another one!
