Purchase my car over 3yrs ago and every year I have not just recieved a birthday email, but a personal call from my salesperson. Now I have purchase a lot of cars in my day, but never any personal customer service like that. Thanks, Kerbeck number 1 in my book.
BEWARE of Manager DAMON, he lies about the vehicles back ground, tells customers multiple times never been in accidents or says i have that car for you and nothing. Not even a shamed or poligetic when carfax report says different. Was going to trade in my xts4 and the bs I heard and pawns me off to another sales man. NEVER AGAIN I am staying away from scamers and lies.
I went to FC Kerbeck after having gone to another cadillac dealership close by which by the way they acted like they were bothered by my presence even on a rainy day? lol... I guess they had to catch up with paperwork.nnThe guys at FC Kerbeck bent over backward to help me. I felt very comfortable. I recommend this dealership. The FC Kerbeck lot is full of used cars but I could not tell because they detail these cars so well you'll drive out of there feeling you just bought a brand new car and that feels great. Julian was down to earth and the staff was great.nnThanks
It was an awesome experience...the staff was so cordial and accommodating, they went out of their way to make you comfortable. they offered you lunch, the ladies got flowers. I thought that was very classy. Highly recommend to my friends and family. Great service!
Great dealership. Salesmen had great product knowledge and were able to lead us through the the process of leasing a car for our family. They answered all our questions and allowed us to feel comfortable with making the choice that was best for our family. Would highly recomend this place to anyone looking for a car.
