Amazing experience with FC Kerbeck. Wayne Lucarini went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, we told him exactly what we were interested in and he made sure we got what we were looking for. Every individual we encountered was more than friendly and treated us exceptionally. We will be doing all future business with Kerbeck and highly recommend to anyone else.
Don’t waste your time like I did going to multiple dealerships prior to my visit to FC Kerbeck. I worked with Colin of FC and had a great experience, no pressure, no rush, explained the vehicle, worked withnme post purchase on a minor service issue (I bought a certified truck). These people are first class unlike the other dealerships in the area. If you want to be treated with respect in a pressure free environment visit FC Kerbeck and ask for Colin. I bought a car from Kerbeck in good faith. I was returning a Lease car and was told that I would not have to worry about my lease once I bought my car from them. Kerbeck was going to take care of it all by buying the car they lied they stuck it to me. Now I am getting calls from the leasing company that I owe them $2700. The worst experience I ever had buying a car. Still waiting for a return call from Kerbeck. Thanks Wayne
I prefer talking to live people and not chatbots when doing business. I tried calling this business to cancel a service appointment because of a more pressing matter. I asked to talk to a person and the response was a pop up that requested my information and WOULD NOT let me continue until all fields were filled in. I'm not volunteering my information to be harassed later and if I spoke to a person they would've found my info! $4000 plus they won't see!
