7-Eleven

It’s pretty irritating that the 7-Eleven does not enforce the mandated mask/ face covering Requirements that the state has put upon us. I go to the 7-Eleven almost 7 days a week to get my morning coffee. And since the mask mandate has been put in place I continuously see customers not wearing a mask inside this 7-Eleven. People are also still bringing their refill containers and refilling their coffee or soda which is also something that they are not supposed to be doing. I understand the difficulties the employee has trying to enforce this new rule onto un-willing customers. I offer a suggestion. Simply tell customers that walk in with no face mask that if they do not put a face mask on while in the store 7-eleven will not sell to them. If they walk out with the product simply call the police as they are steeling. Step up 7-eleven and help be part of the solution, not the problem.

I don’t usually write reviews as I usually find most establishments to great, but this 7-11 is not. I was told that because my license being expired means no-go on buying beer. Cool I thought to myself, but I hadn’t been stopped for this reason before. So I looked up the COVID-19 OLCC guidance for expired IDs. I found that the guidance that the OLCC put out is contingent on the Governor's EO 20-30. Basically as long as the EO is in effect then the ability to use expired IDs (only if they expired after March 4th, 2020) are in effect. Finding this out I tried to tell the cashier, but I was respectfully denied to even explain. Since my business was done and I wasn’t able to buy beer because of a miscommunication and or interpretation between the store and OLCC guidance I left.nnI believe they’re leaving hundreds of dollars a day in the pockets of customers instead of their tills because of miscommunication and/or interpretation. Until fixed they’re worth only a star. Good place if you’re in an emergency.

Bad customer service on 11/17/20n11:30

Rude. Overpriced. Dirty place!!! Will never go back to this Location. Bought smokes and left my wrapper on counter. He says thanks for leaving ur trash on the counter. I said part of your service by charging more than other 7-11s. He said there is a trash can right there. I said where because there wasn't. Rude . Nice customer service 7-11. Wont be back!!!

The older African American that works the night shift needs to chill out. He needs to learn customer service skills because he has none. Very rude and raising his voice. Not only to me but I've been in there several times and he is equally as rude. The customer is always first. If you have attitude check it at the door.
