Domino's Pizza

I'm not a big fan of cookie cutter franchise foods until I had to pick up this pizza for a local sports team and was given one to take home. It was past dinner time and I don't know if I was just that hungry but that pizza didn't have a chance. Surprisingly very good.

I’ve ordered from this place at least 5 times over the years, and the food is good. Comes out sort of warm, thanks to the insulated bag, a bit soggy with the long term condensation from the steam. But everything has been there (cross my fingers)nnEvery single time. 100% of the time, the order is delivered an hour - 2 hours late. It’s become something I expect, so I order an hour or two before I would like to get my food. Generally works out well. The driver is typically apologetic about it, but I’m not sure if it’s his fault or not.nnMy guess is there is only one driver with the boss as staff so to keep costs down. The boss then cooks all the pizzas at once in a large bulk order. He then packs the car full of pizzas and they deliver them in masse.nnSo keep that in mind. +1 hour - 2 hours of the estimated delivery time. So a total of what, 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours from your call.

Absolutely horrible...was told 15 minutes and waited 45 minutes to a hour for 2 medium pizzas. .followed curbside instructions was never acknowledged that I was there even though a worker came out for fresh air numerous times without saying a word until being there for 30 min i was being told another 5 to 15...received my 2 medium pizzas finally and the boxes were soaked with grease or something...ordered 3 toppings and basically got 1...never again!!!

Ordering via the app is fine and the food is great (for what it is, fast food), but this new curbside pickup is terrible. I've ordered 3 times in the past couple of months, the first time it was still new and it was pretty busy, so I chalked up the 30 minute wait to a new process. But it's the third time and after 20 minutes in the parking lot, I had to go into the store and all they did was apologize. I am so done with Dominos!

I'm changing my review because they have gotten allot better used to have issues with the time it took to get orders but it seems to be resolved
