Since day one my daughter and I have been thoroughly pleased with our visits, and we are hard to please. Sandy is so knowledgeable about hair care and doesn't mind sharing her knowledge and experience with clients. Every visit is pleasant, fun and efficient. Sandy is creative, gentle and caring which is a formula for keeping us as clients.
I started with the starter locs with Sandrine Tyler and the locs were done too big, then I asked for her to put in faux locs over the locs and immediately the next day, the locs started to fall out. The person that referred me to her advised me to go to her and have her fix it, I did and she put rubber bands tightly in my hair to hold my locs in with the faux locs. Now I have to take them out completely because they hurt and they are too tight. That's $175 that has gone down the drain. Completely wasted. She is rude and her customer service is lacking. I don't suggest going to her cause she doesn't take criticism well either.
I love it there they very nice and ms.sandy hook my hair up and I will be going back when I need my hair touched up soon
Very friendly. She knows what she is doing and can get you the best styles for the best price. She is my number 1 choice when it comes to braiding hair and styling it. 10/10 would go again.
