We financed a 2011 Honda Pilot EXL through Credit Acceptance with low credit score and only $1100 down payment. This place is very easy to deal with, clean cars and professional employees. Had minor issue fixed free of charge promptly with no questions asked .nVery pleased with everything.
This was my first time here and overall experience was positive. The staff is friendly and helpful and the selection is decent for a smaller dealer. I felt confident with the deal and that was important to me. I had a small issue that came up with the vehicle and it was quickly handled.
They are doing online appointment sales during the Covid 19 pandemic. I was able to get hold of them by email then cell phone to arrange the purchase then I went in and was able to complete the transaction in a safe and sanitary environment with very limited contact. They have a nice shield set up in the office with everyone wearing masks.nI was in and out of the office in less than 5 mins total. Signed 5 forms, paid and drove off.nThe truck I bought is very nice so far with no issues yet and it came PA inspected with a 3 mo warranty included.nThey said I was the first sale since the shutdown in March so I figured I would share my story, hope it helps.
