My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Fellah. Will, our sales rep, communicated with me about the buying process, answered my many questions, and kept in touch via email and phone as we went through it. The car we came to see when we first visited the lot was out for a repair, but Will checked and let us know exactly when it was expected back and like clockwork that's when it was returned. We came back that day to see it and the car looked even better in person than it did on the website. We test drove it, reviewed our purchasing options and purchased it, no money down. Even going though all the paperwork with Charles in finance was a breeze. Everything we were quoted was what was in the paperwork. It was explained thoroughly, our questions answered when we had any, and it didn't take hours of waiting to get done. They even threw in a few perks that we really appreciated. It was a low stress process at Fellah. This is our new dealership!
